why you should play rugby

Intro: Do you think rugby is awesome, well I do. Today I’m going to be talking to you why you should play rugby.

Reason 1: The first reason I think every one should play rugby is because you meet new people. The good thing about meeting new people is that if you don’t socialize you will never have any friend and you will be lonely. If you socialize you can make new friends. It teaches you to be a good team player and more people will like you.

Reason 2:  Rugby teaches you new skills such as helps you learn leader ship skills e.g. team captain. Rugby teaches you other cool skills to help you like side stepping helps you get around people and loads more skills to help you.

Reason 3:  Rugby helps stop you from getting over weight, sick and unhealthy . Did you know that if you play a sport like rugby you might live longer.. You will get skinny and you will get muscles. Rugby’s good because  it’s a good   fun game and it encourages kids to get outside and play sport. This is a fun as sport because I play it and I know.

Conclusion: Now do you want to play rugby, I hope you do. I hope you learnt a lot about why you should play rugby and that is a very fun and awesome sport. Did you know: That basketball was invented by a rugby coach that wanted his players to get fit in winter.
